Job Summary
Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Trauma Sales to lead, manage, and develop the Stryker Trauma Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience, 5+ years of successful sales experience, and 2+ years of sales management experience.

What You Will Do
Drive revenue and develop the top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace. Analyze market information, identify and meet with new prospects, and create sales plans and marketing strategies. Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenditures, and provide recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates. Build ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons, and internal relationships with sales associates. Provide last-minute support in operating/emergency room consultations or for customer or account problems.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience (in the medical device or industry preferred)
- 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals
- Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
