What You Will Do
- Lead, manage and develop the Stryker Trauma Sales team.
- Drive revenue and develop the top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace.
- Exceed territory market share objectives by analyzing market information, identifying and meeting with new prospects, and creating sales plans and marketing strategies.
- Prepare, monitor and manage budgets and expenditures.
- Provide recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates.
- Build ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons.
- Develop internal relationships with your teams of sales associates.
- Provide last-minute back-up support in operating/emergency room consultations or help with customer or account problems when needed.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (in the medical device industry preferred)
- 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals
- Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
Pay
$75,000 - $110,000 fixed income and eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses and benefits bringing total compensation potential to $225,000 - $275,000.
