Job Summary

Achieve Monthly Sales Goals

• Cultivate new and existing accounts
• Maximize daily efficiency using proprietary software

Collaborate with Marketing

• Convey DWC brand to distribution partners

Travel and Schedule Management

• Create strategic travel schedule
• Book flights, rental cars, and accommodations
• Create thorough call reports

Customer Relationships and Market Intelligence

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop deep knowledge of client organizations
• Provide reports on vertical and horizontal expansion
• Develop tactical plans for targeting and growing the market
• Analyze customer accounts for potential opportunities
• Collaborate with Account Managers on market penetration strategies

• Generate increased quotes and orders
• Consistent sales and brand presence throughout assigned territory

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business or communication preferred
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience; experience in the electrical wire and cable industry preferred
• Candidate will ideally be based in either DFW or West Texas

Physical Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 75% yearly
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling 25 pounds
• Occasional bending and reaching

Salary and Benefits

• $40,000 + uncapped commission
• OTE: $300,000+
