Job Summary
Achieve Monthly Sales Goals
- Cultivate new and existing accounts
- Maximize daily efficiency using proprietary software
Collaborate with Marketing
- Convey DWC brand to distribution partners
Travel and Customer Interaction
- Create and maintain a strategic travel schedule
- Book flights, rental cars, and travel accommodations
- Create thorough call reports
Outcomes
- Positively impact revenue and profit
- Generate increased quotes and orders
- Consistent sales and brand presence throughout assigned territory

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business or communication preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience; experience in the electrical wire and cable industry preferred
- Candidate will ideally be based in either DFW or West Texas
Physical Requirements
- Must be willing to travel up to 75% yearly
- Must have the ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 pounds, occasional bending and reaching
Salary
$40,000 + uncapped commission, OTE: $300,000+
