Regional Sales Manager, Northwestern Zone
About the role
Bose Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Northwestern Zone Sales. This role is anchored by McIntosh and Sonus faber, two iconic brands known for their exceptional sound, heritage, and artistry. The RSM will play a crucial role in driving profitable revenue growth, deepening key customer relationships, and expanding the regional account base.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual regional business planning aligned with enterprise objectives and long-term growth priorities.
- Own and deliver financial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, accounts receivable, and return on investment.
- Manage partnerships with McIntosh and Sonus faber resellers at all levels to drive sustainable growth.
- Align reseller and go-to-market strategies with Bose Luxury priorities to improve operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner closely with demand planning teams to develop high-confidence sales forecasts through disciplined, data-driven execution.
- Lead coordination of key account sales initiatives, training, and education in partnership with marketing and channel support teams.
- Provide executive-level business analytics, insights, and performance reporting to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, demand planning, and supply chain teams to drive regional success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and document insights to inform strategic and investment decisions.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering defined and measurable sales results.
- Show strong executive negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to create mutually beneficial outcomes across all organizational levels.
- Show highly analytical capabilities, with a disciplined, data-driven approach to strategic planning and performance management.

- Show deep expertise in both traditional brick-and-mortar retail and custom integration business models, systems, and operating structures.

- Show proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements
- 10 years of account management and sales leadership experience, with a consistent track record of delivering results.
- Direct experience managing strategic retail and/or custom integration accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver defined sales results at strategic, high revenue/high visibility accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required.
Qualifications
- Proficient with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 75% travel throughout the territory and occasional international travel required.

Pay
The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Field Sales, Washington is: $94,300-$129,700. The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
Schedule
This position will require 75% travel throughout the territory and occasionally international travel.
