Regional Sales Manager Neurology-Nephrology South East Region

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve performance goals
• Execute regional business plans aligned to national strategy for sales growth
• Ensure strong execution across priority healthcare accounts
• Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
• Maintain business performance and analyze trends for strategy adjustment
• Avoid attracting, developing, and retaining top talent for the sales team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
• Prior field leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance
• Experience in specialty, biologics, neurology, nephrology, or immunology preferred
