Right now, we are hunting for an elite, high-performing visionary to join our Engineered Products Team as a Regional Product Manager, take total ownership of the Georgia territory, and help us utterly dominate the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute breakthrough sales strategies that aggressively capture market share, leveraging our cutting-edge CRM stack to turn data into lethal market intelligence.
  • Partner with a discerning clientele to introduce transformative, high-end machine tool solutions that empower manufacturers to shatter their own limits.
  • Take orders and command the room with a masterful presentation at industry events or craft complex, highly persuasive proposals that translate deep technical specifications into undeniable business value.
  • Be the face of the brand, representing Phillips as the definitive thought leader in the space.
  • Travel 60-80% throughout Georgia by car to meet with clients and support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing sales and managing the full sales lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of 5-axis machines and advanced machining applications.
  • Experience translating technical specifications into persuasive customer proposals.
  • Experience selling to shop owners, plant managers, manufacturing engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Able to exceed sales quotas in high-end machine tool markets.
  • Experience as a machinist or CNC programmer.
  • Knowledge of Swiss machines, VTLs, EDMs, mills, grinders, or HMCs.

Qualifications

  • Strong killer instinct and tactical precision.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for advanced manufacturing and a desire to make a difference.

Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Technical sales and proposal writing skills.
  • Industry event management and presentation skills.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
