Regional Sales Manager - Florida & LATAM
About the role
Lead regional sales strategy for Gallagher Security across Florida and LATAM, driving revenue growth, channel performance, key account retention, and profitable business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned to Gallagher Security business strategy, revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Identify growth opportunities across key accounts, targeted vertical sectors, dealer/distributor networks, consultants, and strategic industry influencers.
- Strengthen channel partner, dealer, and distributor relationships through regular communication, support, workshops, and value-add engagement.
- Retain and grow key client accounts by understanding customer needs, brokering effective client/partner relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, CRM updates, and risk visibility to support informed business decisions.
Requirements
- You’re a results-driven sales leader with strong commercial judgment, a deep understanding of security or technology markets, and the ability to build trusted relationships across customers, channel partners, internal teams, and industry networks.
- 5+ years’ business development or sales experience, ideally within security systems, information technology, or a related technical environment.
- Experience managing dealer, distributor, channel partner, major client, or key account relationships.
- Strong capability in solution selling, market development, negotiation, forecasting, and business growth strategy.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts across physical security, IT, or integrated technology environments.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, presentation, analytical, CRM, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent Spanish-speaking capability is essential, with the confidence to build relationships and support commercial growth across LATAM markets.
- People leadership experience or capability, with confidence setting expectations, providing feedback, supporting development, and creating a positive team environment.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of success in sales and business development, particularly within the security or technology sector. Fluency in Spanish is also required, as is a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
