Regional Sales Manager (Florida)
The Atradius Group provides trade credit insurance, surety, and collections services worldwide through 160 offices in 52 countries. Our products protect companies against default risks associated with selling goods and services on credit.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in trade credit insurance. As a driven sales professional with a consultative mindset, you'll help businesses grow by presenting programs and underwriting results to leading executives, building a portfolio of business that aligns with Atradius' goals, marketing the product to banks and the lending community, and servicing new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Possess a consultative sales mentality and present programs and underwriting results to leading executives within companies.
- Build a portfolio of business that aligns with Atradius' targeted goals.
- Market the product to banks and the lending community.
- Servicing new and existing clients by monitoring their programs and coverage.
- Negotiate acceptable terms and conditions with clients, brokers, and underwriting staff.
- Occasional travel within the region may be required.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or finance, or equivalent years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter with individual drive to succeed, undaunted by challenges.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A growth mindset.
- Ability to obtain and maintain proper insurance licensing.
Qualifications

- Financial package includes base salary up to $90K, plus car allowance and attractive commission plan based on results.

Pay
Base salary range (for sales positions) is based on years of applicable experience and location.
Schedule
