This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new and expanding existing Federal accounts
- Identify prospects through cold calls, lead follow-up, and meetings with decision-makers
- Understand government agencies' requirements and funding processes
- Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to Federal customers
- Provide customer and competitor feedback to inform product development and sales strategy
- Prepare and implement strategic sales account plans for the Federal market
- Collaborate with Federal resellers and teams to streamline the sales process
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in IT, computer science, business, or engineering
- Five years of technology sales experience with Federal government clients
- Three years of focused security sales expertise
- Strong understanding of Federal security requirements and procurement processes
- Ability to articulate the company’s value proposition effectively to Federal audiences
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals with senior Federal executives
- Technical knowledge of network technologies applied in Federal environments
- Existing relationships with Federal enterprise accounts in the assigned territory
Pay
$140,000 – $155,000 annually
