What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial team and manage a team of key account executives. Your team will be responsible for helping prospective customers navigate cryptocurrency compliance and regulatory environments, clearly communicating Elliptic’s AML/KYC and Forensics Platform features and benefits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing sales teams executing business with 50-250K ACV’s
  • 10+ years full sales cycle experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Ability to manage business strategy and pipeline with both high velocity short sales cycle MM business as well as complex long sales cycle high dollar ENT business
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, with a track record of generating net new business, and coaching team members in techniques to do the same
  • Demonstrated track record of individual & team success and quota over achievement - top 10% performer - personal achievement of sales campaigns/deals of $1,000,000 USD or more
  • A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur’s mindset. You’re comfortable creating value in a low structure environment while being agile and resilient

Qualifications

You come from a technology background, selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies and you’ve managed high performing teams who continually exceed targets!
