Regional Sales Manager
About the role
A Regional Sales Manager with Vehlo, in our dealerships division, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to prospective auto dealerships in a respective territory. You will identify, solicit, and close new prospects through cold-calling activities, distribution of marketing collateral to targeted dealerships, and further penetrating our dealer groups.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive leads and opportunities through the sales funnel by applying Vehlo’s Sales methodology
- Maintain and drive an accurate sales opportunity pipeline using our CRM (Salesforce) and other related tools
- Share market-intel with internal stakeholders based on prospect/client feedback to continually improve client experiences and platform features/functions
- Partner with our Account Management Team to create clear onboarding expectations for newly acquired clients and internal implementations stakeholders
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (~80%) to support field sales efforts, including client meetings, on-site presentations, and industry events
- 3+ years of proven software and/or hardware sales experience, to auto dealerships preferred
- 1+ years of outside field sales experience
- Track record of taking ownership in your results by holding yourself and your teammates accountable to exceptional standards
Compensation
Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $185,000 – $190,000
This role may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonus or commission, where applicable.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs. Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods. Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset). Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication. Ability to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation.
