Responsibilities

  • Direct sales responsibility to customers in the Pulp and Paper Industry
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify business opportunities through thorough market research
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for top-notch technical support and customized solutions
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and share market insights and customer feedback
  • Work closely with the product group and R&D to develop industry-specific winning concepts

Requirements

  • Extensive background and proven experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry
  • Strong sales mindset and capability to work with customers on many levels
  • Seasoned in working within a matrix organization, displaying exceptional adaptability and the capability to excel in an independent sales role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory, with occasional support provided to other areas as required

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required
