Your role and impact
- Actively prospecting and securing new business opportunities
- Nurturing and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Guiding clients toward strategic automation solutions for enhanced competitive advantage
- Collaborating with customers to identify solutions that enhance their work environment
- Conducting comprehensive site audits to identify potential robotic applications
- Negotiating with customers to achieve win-win outcomes
Qualifications and experience
- Demonstrated success in sales within the automation industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude, coupled with a creative mindset and an ability to conceptualize innovative solutions
- 5+ years of experience in robotic automation or technical sales is preferred; candidates with a background in Service, Programming, or Engineering coupled with effective communication skills will also be considered
- Proficiency in managing a personal pipeline targeting customers within a designated territory
- Prominent customer advocate in helping solve complex problems
- Education – 2 or 4 year degree in an engineering related field is preferred
About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager at QComp Technologies, you will play a crucial part in identifying and capitalizing on robotic automation opportunities for our clients. Leveraging QComp's extensive portfolio of past successful solutions, you will be responsible for devising innovative concepts tailored to meet our customer's unique automation requirements. Your responsibilities will also involve gathering technical information, developing robust proposals, delivering compelling presentations to our clientele, and negotiating/closing new projects.
