Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within your designated region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set challenging goals and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while also analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Network, conduct sales meetings, track performance metrics, and present sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in managing a regional sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
