Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within your designated region.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set challenging goals and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while also analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Network, conduct sales meetings, track performance metrics, and present sales forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales management.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in managing a regional sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
