Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview: This position involves managing and achieving sales targets for e-mobility solutions within a specified region. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining dealer relationships, coordinating marketing initiatives, and identifying new sales opportunities in municipal and vocational segments. The role requires serving as the primary representative for electromobility, supporting dealer and customer engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth. Key Duties Achieve sales, market share, and volume goalsDevelop and present sales proposals based on regional needsManage dealer inventory, market share, pricing, and product mixFoster long-term customer relationships and support dealer developmentCoordinate marketing efforts and sales campaignsEngage with municipal and vocational segments to generate new opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to facilitate the "quote to delivery" processProvide strategic input to management Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with technical knowledge of e-mobility and at least 5 years of sales or account management experience. Strong closing, negotiation, strategic planning, communication, and customer-focused skills are essential. Technical understanding of electrical infrastructure is a plus.
