What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans that exceed revenue and growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by promoting products, providing technical expertise and identifying customer solutions.
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits, presentations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and customer records through CRM tools.
- Coincordinate travel, customer meetings and territory priorities efficiently.
- Support and mentor independent sales representatives where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Chemical preferred) or Business Administration/Marketing.
- 5–7 years of progressive sales or sales leadership experience.
- Waterworks, utility, infrastructure or related industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms.

Working Conditions & Travel
- Primarily mobile office and customer-site based work.
- Travel requirement of approximately 80–100 nights per year, including both automobile and air travel.
- Occasional exposure to manufacturing, warehouse and industrial environments.
