Regional Sales Manager

Join a team where innovation meets opportunity. We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to lead territory growth, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and champion industry-leading piping solutions across a dynamic market.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans that exceed revenue and growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by promoting products, providing technical expertise and identifying customer solutions.
  • Conduct regular in-person customer visits, presentations and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and customer records through CRM tools.
  • Coincordinate travel, customer meetings and territory priorities efficiently.
  • Support and mentor independent sales representatives where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Chemical preferred) or Business Administration/Marketing.
  • 5–7 years of progressive sales or sales leadership experience.
  • Waterworks, utility, infrastructure or related industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms.

Working Conditions & Travel

  • Primarily mobile office and customer-site based work.
  • Travel requirement of approximately 80–100 nights per year, including both automobile and air travel.
  • Occasional exposure to manufacturing, warehouse and industrial environments.
