The Regional Sales Head will spearhead BizAcuity’s growth within the iGaming ecosystem and beyond. This role combines strategic relationship-building with hands-on business development.

About the role

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for iGaming and adjacent industries in Europe.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with decision-makers across operators, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities, from introduction to proposal stage.
  • Represent BizAcuity at major European events (SiGMA, ICE London, SBC Summit, iGaming NEXT, etc.) and coordinate post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft impactful proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting to leadership.
  • Contribute insights on market trends, emerging technologies, and partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Based in Malta or nearby, with strong understanding or network within the iGaming sector.
  • Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development in B2B technology, SaaS, or data analytics.
  • Established network of contacts in gaming operators, affiliates, or platform providers is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working autonomously with global teams.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, partnerships, or business development in B2B technology, SaaS, or data analytics.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software.
