Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and oversee all aspects of the sales process to ensure the company meets its revenue goals.
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities both domestically and internationally, with a focus on expanding revenue.
- Refined regional sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals, analyze submarket trends, and translate findings into focused business development strategies aligned with key growth opportunities.
- Support the ProLead process, prioritize projects aligning with growth strategy, ensure accurate opportunity qualification and pricing for profitability, lead client negotiations for contracts, and develop a comprehensive process for managing client agreements.
- Implement consultative, solution-based selling techniques to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Possess exceptional communication and organizational skills with a demonstrated history of maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in utilizing a CRM system to analyze and execute on data; familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
- Effectively sell ideas, concepts, and programs both internally and externally.
- Proactively prospect and develop new accounts while also maintaining and renewing existing accounts.
- Translate client needs into concrete solutions.
- Experience in setting product/project scope parameters and negotiating contracts.
- Willingness to travel nationally at least 30-50% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading sales efforts of capital equipment, both through internal and agent networks.
- Experience in the food and beverage equipment industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in developing sales channels and generating revenue in new markets is a significant plus.
Qualifications
