Job Description/Responsibilities
This Regional Sales Execution Manager role requires a leader who drives results through people and execution rather than just strategy. You will lead a regional team and collaborate closely with sales and distributor partners to ensure plans translate into strong in-market performance across the company’s portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to execution and results
- Translate strategy into in-market execution, ensuring strong visibility, distribution, and performance across accounts
- Drive performance through KPIs and execution standards, using data to coach, adjust, and improve results
- Build and leverage relationships across distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen execution and expand influence
- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of priorities and speed to market
Qualifications/Requirements
Must Have:
- Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
- Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
- Bachelor's Degree
- Management experience
- Experience leading the development and execution of commercial strategies
- Supervisory experience
Prior to applying, please note that the annual salary range for this role is $152,272-$228,409. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations. For roles within our commercial team - the Salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
