Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop the team within the assigned region
- Travel approximately 40% of the time across the East region
- Lead forecasting, ARR management, and cross-departmental collaboration
- Manage executive account relationships
- Direct and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue quotas
- Develop a professional sales force that provides outstanding customer service
- Forecast and assess revenue opportunities
- Use SFDC CRM, Qlik analytics tools, and Clari Forecast Management software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- 7+ years experience managing sales teams
- 15+ years sales experience in software sales
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry, core software solutions, main competitors, and disruptive/emerging technologies
- Leadership skills to inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for data-based decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and cultivate successful customer relationships
- Proficiency in using SFDC CRM, Qlik analytics tools, and Clari Forecast Management software
- Creative, collaborative mindset to work effectively across various territories and regions in North America
Pay
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $300,000 - $350,000.
Schedule
This position requires state-to-state travel.
