Regional Sales Director

About the role

The Regional Sales Director will drive sales efforts in North America (East), focusing on new customer acquisitions and hunting new logos by developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. This is an individual contributor role responsible for hitting and overachieving sales quotas. The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS B2B enterprise products to large enterprises and a track record of multiple President's Club achievements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close sales opportunities with Fortune 500 companies
• Manage complex sales cycle selling the Source to Pay Suite to CPOs, CFOs and CIOs
• Manage large enterprise accounts with $1B+ revenue
• Grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
• Forecast sales closures accurately based on realistic opportunity assessments
• Work with inside sales and marketing to maximize territory penetration
• Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
• Build key customer relationships with Zycus customers

Requirements

• 7‑12 years of experience in a sales hunter role with a successful track record in large complex sales
• Proven track record and demonstrated success in leading teams selling SaaS/Cloud enterprise software to large enterprises and global companies
• Willingness to travel to meet customers
• Experience selling eProcurement software solutions is an added advantage
• Member of President's Club, Winner's Circle, Achiever's Club, Platinum Club or equivalent
