- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales representatives.
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with senior leadership of regional strategic customers to develop and execute joint business plans while fostering strong relationships.
Revenue Growth
- Ensure sales objectives and profitability align with financial targets through forecasting and performance tracking.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain effective internal communication regarding business metrics and directives across Helm Crop Solutions.
Competitive Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity and develop response strategies accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across departments to implement key customer-facing initiatives.
Leadership Team Contributions
- Serve as a member of the EU NA leadership team, influencing strategy and direction for the US Crop Solutions business.
National Alignment
- Cookordinate regional initiatives at key customer accounts in accordance with national business directives.
Training & Development
- Design and implement training programs to enhance sales team capabilities in new products and market trends.
Expense Management
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the Regional Sales Team, ensuring sales targets are met.
Sales Geography
- Regional territory coverage.
Experience Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in agricultural business and sales, preferably in crop protection products and value-added technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and self-starter abilities with excellent follow-up skills.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in delivering measurable business growth.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for identifying customer solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an agricultural-related field.
