Regional Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and improve workplace safety programs across regional facilities.
• Ensure consistent execution of safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness.
• Serve as the internal owner of the safety program and Safety Plus Edge platform, coordinating with Workplace and Facilities, HR, and a third-party safety provider to ensure effective program execution.
• HR retains responsibility for confidential employee matters (incident records, workers’ compensation, OSHA logs), while this role focuses on implementation, training, and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, EHS or related field
• 3+ years in workplace safety, EHS, or similar role
• Familiarity with safety management systems or compliance platforms

Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
