Regional Recruiting Director - Ohio, Western PA, and West Virginia

Responsibilities

• Manage the advisor recruiting pipeline using team resources and best practices
• Communicate the company value proposition to prospective advisors effectively
• Generate a consistent flow of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate and field leaders to reach recruiting goals
• Maintain extensive industry knowledge and competitive intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial services recruiting
• Proven understanding of broker dealer products and processes
• Experience specifically in advisor recruiting is essential
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Outstanding analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
