Regional Quality Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Attend pre bid meetings
• Attend monthly construction meetings

Job Requirements and Experiences

• 4 year Degree (or equivalent) in Quality/Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quality discipline at management level
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on active Energy Construction site
• Must be disciplined in renewable energy: Wind, Solar and Battery storage
• Quality methodology knowledge and experience required
• Quality Auditor or Management experience or certificate is a plus
• Trained in QA/QC processes (NCR/RCA/CAPA Mgmt., CI Tools, Calibration, etc.)
• Good understanding of standard technologies in engineering solutions e.g. Welding, Fabrication, Machining and Corrosion Protection
• Technical document comprehension and understanding
• Frequent traveling as required
• Able to recognize quality problems and address them
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships
• Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
• Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables
• Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team
• Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds
• Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable
• Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts

Pay Range

The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $115,000 - $155,000.

About the Role

The Regional Quality Manager will work with the Site QA/QC Managers guiding and directing site quality to ensure compliance with requirements. The Regional Quality Manager may be responsible for multiple Projects ensuring consistent deployment of Quality directives and initiatives.
