Regional Quality Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality execution across multiple construction project sites. In this role, you will develop site quality leaders, drive consistent standards, and ensure issues are identified and corrected. This position plays a critical role in building capability, strengthening processes, and delivering successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional team of Site Quality Managers to build a high-performing, principle-based organization with clear expectations, accountability, and ownership of results
- Set the vision and standard for quality execution across multiple project sites, ensuring consistency in processes, decision-making, and performance
- Build strategic partnerships with project leadership and construction teams to develop and execute regional quality strategies that improve delivery, minimize rework, and drive long-term project success
- Drive alignment across subcontractors and cross-functional partners to consistently meet quality standards and contractual requirements
- Own and improve regional quality performance by leveraging KPIs, identifying trends, and scaling solutions across projects
- Partner with project teams and customers to proactively identify systemic risks and implement preventative, high-value solutions
- Drive a culture of quality ownership by reinforcing accountability, enabling site-level decision-making, and recognizing strong performance
- Travel to project sites (25–50%) to support field leadership, build relationships, and ensure consistent execution and alignment with regional quality expectations
Requirements
- Experience mentoring, developing, and influencing individuals or teams within construction, manufacturing, or a related environment (including military experience)
- Experience with quality systems, inspections, or quality engineering practices
- Experience interpreting and applying contractual quality requirements or working within regulated quality frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel at least 25% of the time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
Skills
- Leadership experience within civil, mechanical, or electrical construction environments
- Experience supporting renewable energy, solar, or utility-scale construction projects
- Experience with quality management systems, inspection processes, or audit frameworks within construction environments
- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software

Pay
This role is eligible for a salary range of $130,000k - $160,000k per year. This role is also eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
Schedule
This role can be based remotely within the U.S. and requires, at minimum, 25% travel to project sites.
