Regional Property Manager

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of multifamily and senior housing communities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers and Maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Review property financials, budgets, and monthly reporting while partnering with onsite teams to improve NOI.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing standards, and company policies are consistently followed.
• Partner with onsite teams to improve leasing performance, resident retention, and overall property operations.
• Review vendor contracts, capital projects, and maintenance performance.
• Train and support onsite teams in OneSite (or comparable property management software).
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and resident concerns.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned portfolio to support onsite teams.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of multifamily property management experience
• 3+ years in a Regional Property Manager or senior leadership role
• Extensive LIHTC / Affordable Housing experience required
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, variance analysis, and NOI management
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations
• Experience with OneSite or comparable property management software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

• HCCP, TCS, COS, or other affordable housing certifications
• National Apartment Association designations (optional)
• South Carolina Property Manager License (or ability to obtain, if required)
