Regional Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage mechanical/technical projects from start to finish
• Assign tasks and supervise mechanics or skilled technicians
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage project budgets, resources, and materials
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and review work to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and solutions
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, construction management, mechanical operations, field services, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
• PMP certification or other project management certification (preferred)
