Regional Program Manager, Field Sales

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Program Manager, Field Sales to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead regional marketing and field execution efforts that support face-to-face channels and drive consistency across customer touchpoints. You will partner closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience, strengthen campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making. The position also involves managing budget allocation, analyzing market and competitive trends, and providing actionable coaching and insights to partner teams.
