What You’ll Do
- Enhance the franchisee experience by supporting entry and exit processes and ensuring operational accuracy.
- Aid in on-boarding, training, and system access for new associates.
- Align regional forecasting and scheduling to boost coverage and productivity.
- Train teams on productivity tools, dashboards, and scheduling best practices.
- Maintain systems with automated work-flows and apply RCI practices in daily work.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree in business, data analysis, or a related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in productivity, operations, analytics, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain data and processes clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management systems.
- A positive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
