Regional Procurement Manager - Project Execution

About the role

Prime Data Centers is looking for a meticulous, high-energy Regional Procurement Manager to own the end-to-end execution of project-level purchasing. This isn't just a "buying" role; it is a project management powerhouse. You will be responsible for taking a project from its initial budget phase through the RFP process, vendor selection, and the critical "last mile" of delivery, startup, and commissioning.

The ideal candidate lives in the details. You are the bridge between our Global Strategy team and the boots-on-the-ground Construction teams, ensuring that every PO is accurate, every submittal is approved, and every delivery date is tracked to the day.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years in Procurement, Project Management, or Supply Chain within the Data Center, Industrial Construction, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of requisition process and GL coding, AIA documentation, and the mechanical/electrical components inherent to data centers.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Procore, Netsuite, or similar project management/ERP software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must be comfortable "managing up" and holding vendors accountable to strict deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
