About the role
A day in the life of a Regional and Processing Center Coordinator involves:
- Maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and being an effective witness for Him
- Supervising all OCC administrative staff and volunteers for the Alpharetta ministry center
- Overseeing all data management for the region
- Carefully coordinating the timely submission of the collection center closure packets following National Collection Week
- Overseeing volunteer processing center registration for OCC season
- Managing key financial responsibilities for the office
- Providing support to the warehouse in properly processing shoebox gifts and gift-in-kind donations
- Facilitating communication from the regional office including phone inquiries, email, and special mailings
- Attending and supporting volunteer events by preparing materials, submitting contracts, and completing paperwork
- Managing travel and expense reporting for staff
- Participating in regional strategic planning meetings

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from university or college, and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Job Location: Alpharetta, GA (Soon to be Flowery Branch, GA)
- Type: Full-Time
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required)
- Travel Expectations: 10 days/annually
