Regional Practice Manager - Community Health Services Network (Primary Care)

Job Responsibilities

• Management - Supervises Practice Managers and Practice Supervisors, promotes excellent clinical care and patient/family experience, identifies and facilitates process improvement needs.
• Revenue Cycle - Works with Practice Directors and Practice Managers to develop and manage budgets, supports billing needs, serves as leadership liaison with central Physician and Hospital Billing office.
• Acquisition - Works with Practice Director and Assistant Vice President-Operations on practice acquisitions and onboarding of practice sites to the CHSN network.
• People Planning - Mentors and develops leadership skills, provides educational/training, feedback, and coaching to Practice Managers and Supervisors.
• Infrastructure and Operations - Monitors and recommends facility needs, maintains leases, and evaluates market competitiveness for practices.
• Financial Management - Develops, implements, and evaluates departmental budgets, monitors internal controls, ensures accounts receivable management, analyzes and reports financial performance, establishes and monitors productivity metrics.
• Customer Service - Ensures staff provides outstanding customer service, manages survey requirements, builds and maintains relationships with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline, including 2+ years in a physician practice, group, or health system with multiple locations
• PREFERRED: Epic experience
