Regional Portfolio Mgr Sr

About the role

You will oversee many properties in a portfolio, make decisions to achieve community objectives, hire, train, mentor, lead, and inspire a team, oversee financial budgeting and reporting, and manage marketing and leasing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community
• Engage and mentor property teams
• Collaborate with departments to meet property goals
• Hire, train, set goals, and monitor staff performance
• Perform weekly visits to the portfolio, on-site 75% of the time
• Meet reporting deadlines
• Manage acquisition and disposition processes
• Handle 3-party and fee management
• Provide critical writing and analytical skills

Requirements

• 5-7 years as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience
• State of CA Real Estate License preferred (must obtain within 90 days of employment)
• Bring excitement and passion for operations
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams/Zoom
• Knowledge of property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Boston post, Gracehill, Revenue Management…etc.) preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of reporting to owners and executive teams on budgets, financial variances, forecasting, market analysis, and weekly pricing
• Highly self-motivated and customer-centric
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments

Benefits

Full-time, salary, full benefits. Pay range for this position is: $125,000 – $150,000 / Yr + Up to 12% additional compensation with bonus program.
