Regional Portfolio Manager

About the role

A Regional Portfolio Manager with CONAM will oversee properties in the Colorado Region, Greenwood Village, CO. The role involves making decisions to achieve community objectives, leading a team, managing finances, and overseeing marketing and leasing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor, and lead a team of property management professionals.
• Oversee financial budgeting and reporting.
• Manage marketing and leasing efforts for all apartment communities in the portfolio.
• Engage and mentor property teams.
• Collaborate with departments to meet property goals.
• Perform weekly visits to the portfolio; on-site 75% of the time.
• Meet reporting deadlines.
• Manage property management software platforms and Microsoft suite.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience.
• Active CO Real Estate License.
• Experience with RealPage or Yardi Budget Templates (plus).
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams or Zoom experience required.
• Knowledge of property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Boston Post, Gracehill, Revenue Management...etc.) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to speak in groups, public forums, or extemporaneously.
• High level of reporting to owners and executive teams on budgets, financial variances, forecasting, market analysis, and weekly pricing.
• Acquisition and disposition experience.
• 3-party/fee management experience essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Pay

The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 per year.
