Regional Portfolio Manager
About the role
A Regional Portfolio Manager with CONAM will oversee properties in the Colorado Region, Greenwood Village, CO. The role involves making decisions to achieve community objectives, leading a team, managing finances, and overseeing marketing and leasing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, mentor, and lead a team of property management professionals.
- Oversee financial budgeting and reporting.
- Manage marketing and leasing efforts for all apartment communities in the portfolio.
- Engage and mentor property teams.
- Collaborate with departments to meet property goals.
- Perform weekly visits to the portfolio; on-site 75% of the time.
- Meet reporting deadlines.
- Manage property management software platforms and Microsoft suite.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience.
- Active CO Real Estate License.
- Experience with RealPage or Yardi Budget Templates (plus).
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams or Zoom experience required.
- Knowledge of property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Boston Post, Gracehill, Revenue Management...etc.) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak in groups, public forums, or extemporaneously.
- High level of reporting to owners and executive teams on budgets, financial variances, forecasting, market analysis, and weekly pricing.
- Acquisition and disposition experience.
- 3-party/fee management experience essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Pay
The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 per year.
