What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule maintenance activities including service requests and preventive/corrective maintenance
- Analyze maintenance and project resource requirements and assign necessary services
- Cook up maintenance activities and details with other departments, preparing work packages
- Maintain a comprehensive backlog of all maintenance activity and prioritize work orders
- Communicate with Building Managers to determine project scope and priority
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associate's degree in maintenance technology preferred
- Strong time management and administrative skills
- Proficient in navigating CMMS and MS Excel
- Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a facilities management or maintenance planning role
- Familiarity with safety and quality control standards
- Strong communication skills within maintenance and operating organizations
- Experience with job estimating and resource scheduling
