Regional Operations Manager I

Uber · San Francisco, CA · 2 days ago
Management$183k–$220k/yrFull-time

Working at Uber means solving complex, real-world problems where performance and scale can't be separated. As a Regional Operations Manager, you aren't just overseeing a process; you are the driver navigating the messy reality of global systems to turn strategic goals into tangible execution. Whether you're incubating multi-tier supply partnerships or bridging the gap between business needs and advanced data science, you'll be expected to make smart decisions with imperfect information and own the outcomes end-to-end. This role is built for those who thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving environments where the only constant is change. You will act as both a hands-on operator and a strategic partner, managing the tension of competing priorities and building processes from the ground up. If you are energized by ambiguity, stay steady under pressure, and are motivated by the challenge of moving the real world, this is where you'll grow.
