REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER - CUSTODIAL SERVICES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functions
- Focuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and standard processes
- Cultivate and champion strong client relationships, consistently seeking to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction that guarantee account retention and foster long-term partnerships
- Coach, lead, and mentor managers
- Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives
- Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant management experience
- Demonstrate outstanding communication, capable of successfully communicating with customers at every level of the organization
- Must possess a detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
- Exhibit a strong grasp of general business principles and practices, showing proficiency in areas such as financial management, planning, and operational optimization
- High customer service and quality demeanor
- Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions
