KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functions
  • Focuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and standard processes
  • Cultivate and champion strong client relationships, consistently seeking to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction that guarantee account retention and foster long-term partnerships
  • Coach, lead, and mentor managers
  • Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives
  • Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant management experience
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication, capable of successfully communicating with customers at every level of the organization
  • Must possess a detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
  • Exhibit a strong grasp of general business principles and practices, showing proficiency in areas such as financial management, planning, and operational optimization
  • High customer service and quality demeanor
  • Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions

About the Role

Working as the Regional Operations Manager - Custodial Services, you will serve as the primary representative of SSC over a large K-12 education client. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of critical functions sought at ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Duties also extend to personnel management, including hiring, training, development, succession planning, and mentoring of team.
