Responsibilities

• Oversight of field operations, coordinating efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations
• Ensuring installation & maintenance operations meet performance standards
• Regular participation in project delivery meetings, tracking progress, and addressing challenges
• Guiding team effectively in executing projects on time and within budget, ensuring adherence to specifications with accuracy and efficiency
• Managing personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment in field installation and maintenance operations
• Conducting cost analysis and accurately estimating expected costs for various projects
• Performing risk assessment and reporting on identified risks, providing actionable recommendations based on risk analysis
• Using relevant software tools to facilitate these functions
