Regional Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee operations across multiple branch locations in Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville (must be located at one of these locations). In this role, you will drive operational success across the region, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Regional Sales Managers, RBOMs, and site leaders to deliver exceptional results for both our customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Support regional leadership in meeting operational and financial goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory, vendor partnerships, and freight efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend ERP/system enhancements.
• Train, coach, and develop teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification a plus.
