As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day business operations for a regional area, driving profitability and growth while working with cutting-edge systems in advanced environments. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations for an E2 Optics regional area, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual profitability.
• Generate new customers and identify business opportunities to expand regional growth.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor employees to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Promote and uphold E2 Optics' Core Values, fostering a family-centric culture.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Manage project execution using the WIP (Work in Progress) report system.
• Minimize regional overhead costs and forecast labor needs to maintain balanced workloads.
• Ensure project profitability by coordinating with Project Managers.
• Collaborate with corporate teams (HR, IT, QA/QC, administration) to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Develop regional personnel through training, coaching, and accountability measures.
• Stay informed about competing markets and report on market movement and penetration.
• Conduct occasional site visits, including client meetings and job walks in construction environments.
• Adhere to and promote safety as E2 Optics' top Core Value, following company and client worksite policies.

Travel is required as needed by the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience.
• 10+ years of construction/telecommunications experience.
• PMP or RTPM certification preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• BICSI Technician Certified preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong leadership, human resources management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills.
• Professional communication skills for internal and client interactions.
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role operates in both an indoor business office and construction environments, with moderate noise levels. Responsibilities include:

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands/arms.
• Occasional physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, or climbing ladders up to 20 feet.
• Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds; frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required.
• Working in tight and confined spaces.
