About the Role

The Five Guys’ Regional Operations Leader (ROL) will be a strategic partner, responsible for the overall operational success of a group of restaurants in an assigned geographical region. This role utilizes strong leadership, financial management, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence across all locations.
