Regional Medical Provider Relations Manager

The Opportunity

A field-based business development role responsible for absorbing and getting to know TDL's existing provider network while proactively sourcing and closing new medical provider relationships nationally through in-person outreach and cold meetings. Owns relationships end-to-end; inherited and newly closed. driving performance, case volume, and outcomes. This person kicks off TDL's facetime-driven provider strategy and builds a scalable structure that can later be split across regional owners as the network grows.

Required

• Background in personal injury (PI) with experience building provider or attorney relationships preferred — comfortable with either given the crossover
• Prowess in cold outreach and in-person sales/pitching, not just account maintenance
• Self-starter able to work independently in the field with heavy travel
• Track record of converting new relationships into performing, revenue-generating partnerships, as well as reinvigorating existing ones
