Regional Medical Director, Primary Care
Primary Clinical Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides direct medical care to primary care patients in an office-based setting.
- Demonstrates and models service excellence behavior.
- Responds with concern, cooperation, and respect.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Utilizes appropriate and effective patient care plans.
- Completes documentation concurrently as patients are seen.
Primary Administrative Duties And Responsibilities
- Affords assistance in the oversight of operational functions at the applicable office/s in collaboration with the Service Line leadership.
- Demonstrates an understanding that the goal is to best serve the patient and assure delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Makes recommendations to service line leadership for changes to medical protocols.
- Leads the development and implementation of PDSA’s and/or workflows for quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the quality team and service line leadership.
- Leads regularly scheduled or ad hoc provider and/or staff meetings in collaboration with practice manager/ supervisor to address the below mentioned duties and escalates to the service line chair as appropriate.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of $280,000 - $300,000
