Description Regional Medical Director, Population Health Hammonton / Barnegat, NJ Lead The Future Of Primary Care AtlantiCare, southeastern New Jersey’s largest health system and a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Regional Medical Director of Population Health to provide clinical and strategic leadership across our Primary Care practices in Hammonton / Barnegat, New Jersey. This is a full-time, Physician Leadership Opportunity combining outpatient Primary Care practice with dedicated administrative time for regional and population health responsibilities. The Regional Medical Director will collaborate with Primary Care, operational and Accountable Care Organization leadership to advance quality, access, patient outcomes, provider engagement and practice growth throughout the region.
