About the Role
The Regional Marketing Manager role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders across the Association, leveraging marketplace intelligence and stakeholder input to shape integrated marketing plans that align with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for acting as a strategic partner to the GTM Team, aligning marketing initiatives with business development priorities, enhancing brand image, and leading marketing activities including event sponsorship and business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develops and leads new processes to partner with Association business stakeholders, capturing marketplace intelligence and identifying opportunities to inform marketing, brand, and business development strategies.
- Partners with the Go to Market (GTM) teams to pursue new business prospects and expand existing customer relationships via market research and strategic outreach.
- Facilitates American AgCredit’s presence in the local agricultural community by coordinating staff involvement in events that support the company’s mission and business development goals.
- Manages and develops relationships with external agricultural organizations, negotiating appropriate membership and sponsorship proposals in alignment with approved budget.
- Works to integrate Terrain with Association events and GTM teams.
- Coordinates advertising and brand awareness activity.
- Supports and manages the planning, preparation, and execution of community events, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.
- Tracks and reports success metrics and facilitates best practice across the Brand organization.
- Provides monthly updates regarding current and upcoming event status, new opportunities discovered, and feedback on completed events to maximize impact in markets.
- Manages regional marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets, and facilitating transparency of both budget and expenses to GTM leadership.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with emphasis on agribusiness, business administration, or equivalent.
- At least six years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- Understanding of agricultural lending, the Association, and the Farm Credit System.
- Strong writing and editing skills: ability to write and edit copy in a journalistic style that is structurally and grammatically correct; fluency in writing and preparing copy for a variety of communications channels.
- Proficiency in project and vendor management, including budgeting, organizing, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

- Ability to use software and information technology to collect, organize, retrieve, maintain, and disseminate information.

Essential Job Requirements
- Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and work in a typical office setting.
- Employee will be sitting for extended periods and working at a desk and computer for extended periods.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team.
- Some lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds required.
- Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
- Position requires the ability to travel.
Schedule
Part-time remote/hybrid: These employees will work partly remote and partly onsite. Part-time remote employees will work with their managers to determine when and how often they are needed onsite.
Pay
Minimum $89,169.39 - Max $151,587.97 Annual
This range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for the physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class. Reflected is the national base pay range and title offered for this job at the current level. Compensation, title, and job level may be adjusted based on candidate qualifications including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
