About the role
The successful candidate will lead five Stretch Zone studios in the Denver market, executing the company's strategic vision, managing the P&L, and driving revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute the company's strategic vision throughout the Denver market.
- Execute annual operating budget and growth initiatives.
- Lead organizational change and continuous improvement.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
- Partner with executive leadership on market expansion.
- Provide leadership for five Stretch Zone studios.
- Ensure excellence in brand standards, member experience, staffing, sales goals, and compliance.
- Develop leadership autonomy while maintaining accountability.
- Manage P&L performance.
- Drive revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.
- Optimize labor and operating expenses.
- Increase membership growth and retention.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional leaders.
- Coach General Managers and build succession plans.
- Develop a high-performance culture.
- Drive membership acquisition and lead conversion.
- Strengthen referral and community partnerships.
- Build disciplined sales execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls.
- Proven success leading sales-driven organizations.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Qualifications
- A personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
