Regional Manager

About the role

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple urgent care clinics in Mobile, AL, Brewton, AL, Monroeville, AL, Milton, FL, and Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies
• Lead clinic staff (MAs, NPs, PAs), coordinate schedules, and monitor staffing needs
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience
• Be the on-site leader ensuring clinic success 7 days a week
• Drive clinic culture, foster accountability, and lead with presence and purpose

Requirements

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with management experience
• A Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with leadership experience or strong interest in operations/administration
• Able to travel frequently between clinics in Mobile, AL, Brewton, AL, Monroeville, AL, Milton, FL, and Pensacola, FL
• Capable of driving culture, accountability, and being a true leader

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with extensive day travel and occasional overnight stays
• Must enforce company policies and procedures
• Must make sure each clinic delivers top-tier customer satisfaction
• Must deal with day-to-day questions from the staff and troubleshoot problems
• Must manage clinic staff shift scheduling and monitor spend against budget
• Must order and manage medical and office supply inventory within budgeted levels
• Must recruit, screen, coach, and manage medical assistants that staff your clinics
• Must manage staff competency and staffing level of your clinics, including hiring and terminating

Benefits

• Signing Bonus: $4,000 (paid in two parts)

7 days a week, 12 hours a day Monday to Friday and up to 12 hours on Saturdays and Sundays
