Regional Marketing Events Specialist - Northwest

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Collaborate with BD and account teams to identify, organize, and prioritize impactful customer outreach/event efforts
• Create and maintain a regional events calendar
• Manage Get Work event invitation lists and secure DPR team involvement in DPR events and tradeshows
• Afford event coordination-related activities including meeting preparation and logistical support for Marketing-led event activities
• Design, produce, and acquire all materials required for DPR-hosted events, tradeshows, and other Get Work activities
• Partner with Marketing and Comms+Brand specialists and designers to ensure materials align with DPR brand standards
• Create and edit event-related marketing materials, including presentations, project sheets, and internal communications
• Maintain Marketing databases and content libraries necessary for event planning and execution, ensuring materials are accurate and up to date

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, meticulous editing skills, and strength in graphic design/production
• Proficiency in Marketing tools and software, including Creative Suite/InDesign, SharePoint, Hubspot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with website development and management a plus, particularly SquareSpace
• Experience with CRMs (specific experience with Unanet/Cosential a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or graphics field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Available for minimal travel

Pay, Schedule, Benefits

This is a salaried position
In-office role with some flexibility for remote work

Anticipated Starting Pay Range $63,570.00- $101,920.00
